Personel de reception souriant et kompetent.

I chose this hotel to be close the Arena de Sud Concert venue and because it is so close to a direct tram line into the main part of Montpellier. I was not disappointed. In fact, I couldn't believe how close I was to bother the concert hall and the tram. It made my stay very easy and comfortable.

Hôtel is good value and your person in reception night shift is very good.

It fulfilled the propose but the hotel requires an update, specially the bathroom. Quality of the breakfast should also be improved.

The ladies at the reception were amazing and very kind, very professional.

Very happy. The hotel had a microwave which is exactly what I needed and I was allowed bring food to my room. The price at 51€ was the main reason I booked here!

Horrible, sale, mal desservi

The hotel is very run down. Needs some renovation. However, for the price, beds are comfortable and shower is powerful and warm! Ok for an over night stop off before heading home.

Not good. The shower area was very dirty. The staff were unfriendly.

The bed was fine, the bathroom was fine. The air conditioning was barely adequate but it was comfortable enough. The lack of chairs and no wifi was disappointing. There was also no shuttle to the airport which made our stay very expensive.

It was a real nightmare
