Not good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The location was good because I was attending an event nearby but that about it.

Very good location and near to the airport. Great for 2/3 day stay at reasonable price. Would have given top marks if room had WiFi.

Very bad. Almost woke the kids up to leave the hotel again due to dirty rooms and bug in bed.

A lovely little hotel close to Airport & easily accessible to the city via tram (about 20-25mins)
Clean & comfortable room with friendly staff.

On the 12th of April, I tried staying at the Brit hotel from today to Monday. However, I did not stay because of different issues:

The first room I got (201) had bugs in it. I was transferred to another room (207) where the internet connection was very bad. Then I was transferred to yet another room (104) where I found stains on the mattress

This is not acceptable and I asked for a full refund. I have been in contact several times with the hotel now and I even went there to ask. Until this day, I have received hardly any replies and no refund. I was told my email was send to the manager for a refund but I doubt this was ever done. The lack of care for the customer is concerning

Simple efficace pour 1nuit

Personel de reception souriant et kompetent.

I chose this hotel to be close the Arena de Sud Concert venue and because it is so close to a direct tram line into the main part of Montpellier. I was not disappointed. In fact, I couldn't believe how close I was to bother the concert hall and the tram. It made my stay very easy and comfortable.

Hôtel is good value and your person in reception night shift is very good.

It fulfilled the propose but the hotel requires an update, specially the bathroom. Quality of the breakfast should also be improved.
